Who investigates the investigators? |
Most countries have an agency to investigate transport accidents. A notable feature with them is that they are very prone to cover-ups and misdirection of blame when the stakes are high, as a mixture of political and economic pressure.
The agencies are thoroughly infiltrated by the deep state operators.
