Comparison with Wikipedia
Good to see an upgrade to this article. I just compared it with the Wikipedia one and was surprised to find that WP had a very clear lede. What is the Official name of this organisation by the way? Co-operation or Cooperation? An apparently irrelevant difference may turn out to be important as regards Wikipedia+. Robin (talk) 03:31, 2 November 2013 (GMT)
- Yes, the Wikipedia article was created on 3 May 2007 by South African ex-university lecturer and clinical psychologist Suidafrikaan, who decided to stop contributing to WP on 13 March 2012.
- Suidafrikaan and I worked together on the CCB article and, at one stage, he agreed with me that the CCB's Eeben Barlow carried out the Lockerbie bombing.
- Two other South African editors Deon Steyn and Socrates2008 not only combined to defeat our connecting South Africa with Lockerbie, but on 23 December 2007 conspired to get me blocked from editing Wikipedia - see Concerted attack by Deon Steyn and Socrates2008.
- However, Robin, reverting to your question Co-operation or Cooperation? I would drop the hyphen!--Patrick Haseldine (talk) 11:31, 2 November 2013 (GMT)
- Should have mentioned that this hyphen problem has in fact been resolved by the WS redirect of 23 March 2013 and the WP redirect of 4 May 2007. QED.--Patrick Haseldine (talk) 11:10, 5 November 2013 (GMT)
