Michael Griffin "Mike" Cherkasky' is "A pioneering figure in the world of financial crime, fraud, corruption and money".[1] He is a former CEO of Marsh & McLennan and of Kroll.

He later worked for HSBC as overseer of their anti-money-laundering efforts.[3]
