The Daily Sceptic is a website set up by Toby Young which is critical of the COVID-19

History

The site began in March 2020 as Lockdown Sceptics, and quickly became popular among the COVID-19 resistance. It was also highly critical of "wokism". In 2022, it changed its name to The Daily Sceptic, and its URL

Censorship

In September 2022 Paypal suspended the Daily Sceptic's account, together with Toby Young's personal account and that of the Free Speech Union, without specifying any specific reason. After Toby Young declared his interest in legal action, and thousands of Paypal users cancelled their accounts in protest, the decision was reversed
