Jeffrey Gibb Kennett is a former Australian politician who was Premier of Victoria between 1992 and 1999.
Shielding hand
While the Kennett Government has made it known through the corporate media that it took an allegedly hard-line on law enforcement and integrity issues, including so-called 'zero-tolerance' for many kinds of crimes, to some observers, Jeff Kennett appears to be exempt from all this.[1]
