It is Institute for Statecraft's Polish Cluster is mentioned in Document:Introduction to Deloitte LLP (as if it already exists) and Document:Integrity Initiative Budget for the 12 months ending 31 March 2019 (as "next clusters"). The members' identities are unknown. Indeed, it is unconfirmed whether such a cluster was ever set up.
Jan Strzelecki was a name of interest on one of the contact lists.[1]
