Most pre-existing documents have the title at the start of the wikitext. Agreed that it is a repeat of part of the pagename, but pages looked better if the actual text was headed with the title and still do IMO. If one of those documents is edited with the form and the title field completed without removing it from the wikitext box - Voila two titles. --Peter P (talk) 17:06, 5 February 2014 (GMT)
