Conchita Sarnoff helped expose the Epstein Affair. While in Mexico researching drug trafficking, a remark from a Mexican official lead her to focus on human trafficking.
In 2013 she founded the Alliance to Rescue Victims of Trafficking (ATRVT) in Washington, D.C.
