Canada's Privy Council is a long established means of covert UK control over the Canadian government.[1] As such, it can be considered the Canadian Deep State.

William Lyon Mackenzie King, 3 times Canadian PM, was simultaneously President of the Canadian Privy Council, described as a "former Rockefeller employee [who] ran Canada from 1921-1948 except for 1930-1935".[2] Multiple presidents of Canada's Privy Council have attended Bilderberg meetings.
