The Ambassador of the United Kingdom to Indonesia is the United Kingdom's foremost diplomatic representative in the Republic of Indonesia, and in charge of the UK's diplomatic mission.
Activities
After World War 2, British troops helped the Dutch colonial power to take back Indonesia from independence forces.[1]
Together with the US and Australia, a backer of the 1965 Indonesia coup and following massacres.[2]
Supporter of the Indonesian takeover of East Timor and following massacres.[3]The UK sold war planes suitable for counterinsurgency to Indonesia [4]
