Amiram Moshe Shafrir (born 5 July 1960)[1] is American/Israeli tech entrepreneur who was at one time scammed out of his fortune.[2][3]
Activities
He created Amtec Audiotext, a sex-call operation with annual turnover of tens of millions; one of its biggest assets was it's database of users. Shafrir had a partnership in Matchnet.com (founded by Joe Shapira and Alon Carmel).[4]
In 2003 [5] he set up Explore Talent.
Other
He has been seen with a number of celebrities and Bill Clinton.[6]
