Thx Jun. I repeat that I think that Russia was cornered, its militar action was provoced and I think Putin was aware of this. He visits Davos and Munich conferences (not 2021? though). I expect that increased military spending has a stabilizing effect on the monetary system and stock markets in the long run - as sarcastic as it may sound. I expect a split of Ukraine where NATO intervenes and occupies the west with a tacit agreement between US and Russia not to use nuclear weapons. Bio weapons are an option - for the US (and their WHO). The UN full assembly might vote for US led "peace forces". The commercially-controlled media will produce fearporn and dramatize the situation, although the actual war will be limited to pre-determined outcomes. That's my take on it. I could provide sources and citations for these views. Urban (talk) 07:25, 28 February 2022 (UTC)
The timing makes me suspicious -- as we suggested in January 2022, it makes a very convenient change for a worn out Covid narrative. -- Robin (talk) 15:42, 28 February 2022 (UTC)
