I take the point that drawing a line is difficult. The two categories are hardly distinct, which the article should perhaps make clearer. My approach has been to only assign it where there is clear evidence. e.g. I added [[Justin Trudeau]] after seeing [[Chrystia Freeland]] mouthing the words of his speech behind her mask, clear evidence that she had written the speech he seemed to be having difficulty reading. -- [[User:Robin|Robin]] ([[User talk:Robin|talk]]) 16:17, 20 February 2023 (UTC)

I take the point that drawing a line is difficult. The two categories are hardly distinct, which the article should perhaps make clearer.
