Phil Schneider presented lectures to people interested in the UFO phenomenon in early 90s. By his account he worked as an explosive engineer for the U.S. government, with high-level security clearance. He, allegedly, was one of three people who survived a battle between Greys (grey aliens) and the US military at the underground Dulce Base in 1979.[1][2][3] His story is believed to be a work of fiction.[4][5]
