Air India Flight 182 was a flight from Toronto to London in 1985 when it was blown up mid-flight. It was the deadliest act of aviation terrorism until 9/11.
It was blamed on Sikh terrorist group Babbar Khalsa.
The bombing of the flight coincided with the Narita Airport bombing. Investigators believed that the two plots were linked.
There are conspiracies about what really happened.[1]
