Iain McNicol (born 17 August 1969) is a British Labour politician and trade unionist.
On 19 July 2011, Labour’s National Executive Committee appointed McNicol as General Secretary of the Labour Party.[1]

On 11 July 2016, Martin Howe QC emailed a letter to Iain McNicol stating that legal action will be taken if Jeremy Corbyn is left off the leadership ballot triggered by the challenge of Angela Eagle.[2]
