Degrowth is an academic and social movement that challenges the widespread doctrine that economic growth ensures our collective well-being. Instead, Degrowth argues that in order to provide a good life for all, we need economic contraction alongside redistributing resources more equitably, as infinite growth is impossible in a finite world.[1]
