Étienne Leandri was a Corsican-French gangster and deep state actor.
He connected to the Corsican heroin trafficking industry, known as the French Connection.
He worked with both the Gestapo and the CIA.
He was, alongside Charles Pasqua, one of the founders of the Civic Action Service
