Anton Frederik Winter Jakhelln Prytz was a Norwegian deep state actor. The man behind Vidkun Quisling, he was one of the instigators of the aborted 1932 military coup plan. He was also central in the founding of the party Nasjonal Samling in 1933, and became minister of finance during the German occupation during World War 2.
