Raymond "Buddy" Young, head of an 11-man security force at the Governor of Arkansas' mansion, was sued by Terry Reed for fabricating a federal crime and creating a fake profile of Reed.
Career
As Arkansas State Police Captain Raymond Young was Bill Clinton's chief of security, before being moved to FEMA.
Accusation
In the film The Mena Connection, Terry Reed accuses Raymond "Buddy" Young of creating a fake profile of him as a violent drug smuggler likely to be carrying concealed weapons. Acquitting Terry Read, the judge stated that Young had "demonstrated a reckless disregard for the truth" creating an "affidavit [which] contained some innacuracies and/or false statements".[1]
