Rename? Use Templates where suitable
This category should be rename 'Sovereign States' for consistency, i.e. plurals for all category names. It would have been good to have used a template, so this could be achieved with a single change. In future, note that a large category is a good pointer to think about using a template. Maybe use the Wikipedia one as a base.
