Welcome to Wikispooks!

We're glad you came.
You will probably want to read the help pages.
The page at WikiSpooks:Getting Started should help you get started. Peter P 17:20, 5 October 2012 (IST)

Ukrainian/Russian Language jpg

Thanks for your recent contribution, though as a non-Russian speaker, I haven't yet understood it. Since it is an image, it will likely not show up in search engines, so even Russian speakers will have a hard time to find it. I suggest you create a separate page, in which you explain what it is. Then you can link it in as supporting documentation. If you need help with this, let me know.

At the following location are 249 pages of copies of documents which appear to be from Ukrainian police records relating to operational information about criminal gangs in the Donetsk region. One of the principal figures mentioned in these documents is Ukraine's richest man, Renat Akhmetov, who they allege has a long and involved history of criminal activity, including gangland murders and other Mafia-like violence.

Hmmm. I just went there and it said "This album is empty". Does it need a username and password?

Files Available

Yes, for access to files on the FileDen site, you'd have to register, though this process is free. Instead, you can view the files directly at this location, in two formats:

http://www.4shared.com/folder/Yvx4ua49/_online.html and http://www.4shared.com/dir/Yvx4ua49/_online.html Lys Mykyta

To help these documents to circulate widely, I recommend you make a single file out of them all (e.g. a .PDF). Then you can make a page about the documents and either link them in or upload them here. See, for example, File:Living under drones.pdf, including a quick summary of the documents' contents and their importance would be good start. Most effective of all (since Wikispooks readership mainly doesn't understand Russian) would be to make a full page about them, i.e. a retelling of their contents in English, and use the Russian documents as source materials. Got it, thanks for the help. There is an English language summary being prepared. Also, there are several Western journalists working on writing up the contents of these documents, as well as Ukrainian journalists, of course.

Image file deleted

Wikispooks' ISP Blacknight have received a threat of legal action from a firm of US Attorneys in respect of the Image file uploaded on 8 October. Since Wikispooks has no Ukrainian/Russian language expertise with which to judge the veracity of the file contents, it has been removed. Lys Mykyta's post dated 7:23 9 October 2012 has also been edited such that it summarises the nature/content of the documents and nothing more. --Peter P 15:34, 26 October 2012 (IST)
