Image file deleted

Wikispooks' ISP Blacknight have received a threat of legal action from a firm of US Attorneys in respect of the Image file uploaded on 8 October. Since Wikispooks has no Ukrainian/Russian language expertise with which to judge the veracity of the file contents, it has been removed.
