Paul Elliot Singer is the founder and CEO of hedge fund firm Elliot Management Corporation and the Paul E. Singer Foundation.
Vulture funds
In July 1996, Elliott Associates, sued Panama, not through any international process, but in a New York court. Breaking with long established precedent, the judge[Who?] accepted the case.[1]
