Official narrative

An (unnamed) "senior Obama administration official" announced in February 2015 that the U.S. government is creating the "Cyber Threat Intelligence Integration Center", a new agency to monitor cybersecurity threats, pooling and analyzing information on a spectrum of risks". The CTIIC will aim for "seamless intelligence flows among centers, including those responsible for sharing with the private sector," the official said.

The White House counter terrorism coordinator, Lisa Monaco, is expected to announce the new center in a few days.[1]
