Testimony
Boner gave his first videotaped interview to Gary Caradori and Karen Ormiston on November 25, 1989 at a Residence Inn in Lincoln, Nebraska. Caradori had gleaned Troy’s name from Alisha Owen approximately three weeks earlier.[1]
