I've just removed "[[deep state milieu]]" from constitutes, since this is not a deep state milieu. I do agree that it would be good to have a term for such groups (in the US, [[Georgetown University]] springs to mind as #1). Something which means "Deep state recruitment environment" but is preferably a bit less wordy. Deep state milieu?
I've just removed "deep state milieu" from constitutes, since this is not a deep state milieu. I do agree that it would be good to have a term for such groups (in the US, Georgetown University springs to mind as #1).
