Philip A. Odeen is a member of the board of directors at Northrop Grumman. He holds many other corporate and government positions. He has been linked to 9/11.[1]
Career
As director of Program Analysis for the National Security Council, he provided staff support to Henry Kissinger from 1971 to 1973.
He served as Deputy Assistant Secretary of War in Systems Analysis; named to chair the National War Panel in 1997.
He is a former president of Reynolds and Reynolds, a former CEO and president of BDM International and was executive vice president of Washington operations of TRW.[1]
