Zitcer worked for Littner Hampton Limited.[3] He co-founded Astutus Intelligence with Martin Lewis Dubbey and Philip Matthews, both of whom became directors of the Institute for Statecraft. Zitcer was a director of Astutus from 1 April 2015 to 1 August 2016.[4]
Death
Cary Zitcer died suddenly on 8 October 2016, aged 60.[1]
