Stanley Glickman was a US artist living in Paris.
Glickman's life was "derailed" after Sidney Gottlieb spiked his drink with LSD.[1]
Lawsuit
Glickman sued the CIA in 1981, but the trial was delayed 17 years on technical grounds, by which time Glickman had died in 1992. His sister continued the court case.
