Murder
Ibragim Todashev was shot seven times, once in the head. Florida State Attorney Jeff Ashton decided not to bring charges against the FBI agent(s) involved in the murder of Ibragim Todashev, believed to be Aaron McFarlane[1]
Motive
Who What Why reported in April 2015 that "some of Todashev’s friends say he believed that FBI agents had another motive entirely for interrogating him: they wanted to find out what if anything he knew about Tamerlan’s earlier interactions with the Bureau."[2]
