Is This Needed?
I've just tweeked Template:Document to include the extra parameters. The thinking was, "let's just make book one more DocType, then we can remove template:Book". However, this is potentially confusing, since DocProv is for documents, rather than pages about documents, while - for example - Cypherpunks:_Freedom_and_the_Future_of_the_Internet is not a book, but a page about a book.
