He worked for the French French Secret Army Organization[1] and the SDECE.[citation needed]

Jean Souètre was one of three names of JFK assassination conspirators in the messages decoded by Eugene Dinkin (the others being William Harvey and Guy Banister).
He was apprehended in Dallas on Nov. 23, 1963.[2]
