This template is for Wikispooks pages which lack a corresponding article in Wikipedia. For articles with Wikipedia pages, use template:WPAdjunct, while for wikipedia: namespace pages, use template:WPProblems.
It belongs at the very top of the page. Using it on a page automatically adds it to category:Wikipedia Missing Pages.
