Dr. David E. Martin is an American businessman, patent specialist and Covid dissident. He is the founder and chairman of M•CAM International and managing partner of the Purple Bridge Funds. He is the Director of Innovation and Transformation at Melbourne Polytechnic and the Centre of Applied Innovation (CAI).‎[1]

He describes himself as the "creator of the world’s first quantitative public equity index", the CNBC IQ 100, "powered by M•CAM". Martin participated as a featured speaker at the 2017 Frontiers in Resilience Symposium at George Mason University, co-hosted by the Center for Infrastructure Protection and Homeland Security (CIP/HS) and Sandia National Laboratories on May 10-11, 2017.[1]

COVID-19

Martin was the subject of the second film in the Plandemic series titled Plandemic: Indoctornation, released on August 18, 2020.[4]

On November 9, 2020, Martin was interviewed on Children's Health Defense's CHD.TV by Robert F. Kennedy Jr. on the subject of the Moderna COVID-19 vaccine.[5]
