Oslo Freedom Forum (OFF) is a series of global conferences run by the New York-based non-profit Human Rights Foundation under the slogan “Challenging Power.” OFF was founded by Thor Halvorssen, who also founded the Human Rights Foundation, which has been accused of being a CIA front group.[citation needed]
Activities
The BBC has reported the the OFF had trained many of the leading protestors in the 2019 Hong Kong protests.[1]
