In 2010-11, Kingston University employed Dr Anthony Baker to serve as Visiting Professor in the Institute for Child Centred Interprofessional Practice.[1] In June 2011, a Freedom of Information Act request to the General Medical Council and to Kingston University confirmed that prior to his appointment, Dr Baker had been struck off the General Medical Council Register because of inappropriate sexual misconduct with a minor child, who was his patient.[2][3][4][5]
