The New Order of Barbarians is the name given to a lecture by one Dr Richard Day at the Pittsburgh Pediatric Society in March of 1969.[1][2][3] Dr. Lawrence Dunegan recalled the information that was presented at the conference in an interview with Randy Engel in 1988.[4][5][6][7][8]
