Vidal G. Martinez' is Managing Partner of Martinez Partners LLP, and is a lawyer, speaker and author who began his career in 1978 as an Assistant U.S. Attorney in Houston with the Civil Division of the USDOC. He was/is a member of the British-American Project (1993), where he was on the Advisory Board in 2012.
He has experience in litigation and transactional matters and has managed extreme complex client matters in numerous foreign jurisdictions.
He is also a nationally recognized expert in the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act and has handled numerous worldwide investigations for clients and the subsequent negotiations with the U.S. Department of Justice and the U.S. Securities Exchange Commission.
