The extent of KKR's holdings is somewhat unclear. They purchased TASC Systems from Northrop Grumman in 2010 which provides "advanced systems engineering and integration services across the Intelligence Community, Department of Defense, and civilian agencies of the federal government". [2] They also purchased Airbus' Defense Electronics Division in 2016 which comprises comprises military sensors, electronic warfare, avionics and optronics. [3]
