Can we take it that the original <ref>[URL Title] comments, dates etc.</ref> will still work?

That way one could still record a quote eg ↑ [Israel and the Apartheid Slander] "One particularly pernicious and enduring canard that is surfacing again is that Israel pursues “apartheid” policies" New York Times October 31, 2011. Also, in some cases one might wish to say "Accessed <date>" or "NAME AUTHOR" or "ARCHIVE OF ORIGINAL". Toolbox 16:48, 18 November 2011 (UTC)
