This to set a backgound colour. It is intended for use especially in 1:1 interviews to clearly delineate questions from answers.
It has just the one parameter which is the text to be placed.
Copy and past the following to use the template, then replace 'TEXT' with the text to be highlighted:

The result will be as shown below with your text replacing the curly-braced parameter.
