James "Jim" Greene was listed as a Senior Fellow of the Institute for Statecraft. His speciality was listed as "Security Sector Reform, Civil-military Relations".[1]
Career
James Greene was "head of the NATO Liaison Office in Ukraine from 2004 to 2009. From 1999 to 2002, he served on NATO’s International Military Staff in Brussels as the first staff officer solely dedicated to working with Ukraine. In 2003 he served as co-director of the NATO Membership Action Plan project at the Razumkov Centre, a leading Ukrainian think tank."[2]
In 2012 he wrote a report for Chatham House on "corruption and shadow networks [that] were mobilized to undermine the new leadership's reform agenda" which was cited by Radio Liberty in 2015.[3]
