Hyperloop
Hyperloop is an ongoing covert action to built a gas pipleline in the Ukraine disguised as an innovative mass transport system. The idea is to construct the pipeline in the unstable western region of the company where there are numerous Russian-supported militias while avoiding sabotage. The establishment of a new gas pipline allows for the transport of Caspian basin hydrocarbon reserves to NATO bloc (i.e. American Imperial) countries without transiting Russian or Russian-soft-power territory.
The Hyperloop Contract uses American Entrepreneuer Elon Musk much as the CIA used Howard Hughes as a front during Project Azorean. Starting in 2014 after the US-backed Ukranian Coup, Musk announced the Hyperloop concept, which is basically a maglev inside a gas pipeline. The US Air Force established SpaceX (and Blue Origin) in partnerhship with Musk as sole-source contractors to avoid the problems it had experienced since the Boeing/McDonnell Douglas merger of 1996. Because public companies are liable for purchase by foreign owners, they are succeptable to technology transfers, theft of trade secrets, or even business model sabotage. Similarly, Musk's transport solution "The Boring Company" operating out of Hawthorne is a cover-story for underground electrical grid work to support US Air Force Base Los Angeles.
