Howard Rubin is an American financier. He is a top aide of George Soros.
Crimes
On 2 August 2021, the Daily Mail[1] and the Neon Nettle[2] reported that he is accused of human trafficking. He is being sued. The New York Post report that he has multiple victims.[3]
