David Alan Lopez[1] is an American entrepreneur and military specialist based in Roanoke, Virginia. He works with Mission Six Zero, as lead tactics instructor for Operation Underground Railroad, and Director of Operations for The Nazarene Fund.[2] He is also co-founder of Liberty Blockchain and International Health Brands, co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of Zelenko Labs, co-founder and Chief Operating Officer of Integro Capital and WatersMark,[3] and co-owner of The Wellness Company.[4] He operates Mission Safe Harbour with Ken Cuccinelli.[5][6]
Lopez serves as special projects manager for Blackwater,[7] and claimed to have "been working with Erik Prince" on a number of issues. He also works closely with David E. Martin, with whom he "amplified the great contributions of Mikki Willis, the late Dr. Zev Zelenko, and countless others."[8]
History
Lopez served as a Navy SEAL in the United States Navy from February 2007 to February 2013. He served in Iraq and in "high-threat regions throughout the African continent."
After leaving the Navy, Lopez "worked for one of the largest private security firms in the world, where he provided high level security and crisis management solutions for select clients, Presidents, and other world leaders."
Lopez trained "over 20 SWAT teams" around the United States in "advanced tactics and Close Quarters Combat," and has instructed numerous Special Response Teams of the United States Department of Homeland Security. He conducted multiple anti-child sex trafficking operations around the world with Operation Underground Railroad.
In January 2019, Lopez co-founded WatersMark S.A., a branch of an international development company that "uses sustainable luxury tourism strategies to abate poverty and encourage foreign investment in developing countries." Through a partnership with the Government of Haiti, Lopez and WatersMark are developing a luxury resort on Île-à-Vache under the auspices of the Sustainable Development Goals.[9] He is also listed as a director of WatersMark Inc., based in Salt Lake City, Utah,[10] and an officer of WatersMark Works LLC in Rockledge, Florida alongside Jacob Collins.[11]
He then co-founded Liberty Blockchain in November 2020.
Lopez is co-founder of Zelenko Labs, incorporated in July 2021.[12][13]
Lopez served as a Business Development Specialist for Gala Games from March to August 2021.
Lopez co-founded International Health Brands in January 2022, and became co-owner of The Wellness Company in December 2022.
In February 2022, Lopez invested in Nanobiosym, and Qu Biologics the following month.
