The Treasury- Secretary is the second highest office in the American union AFL–CIO[1]
William F. Schnitzler was Secretary-Treasurer of the American Federation of Labor 1952-1955, then Secretary-Treasurer of the merged AFL–CIO until 1969. He attended the 1956 Bilderberg meeting.
