'Document Provenance' information. The template should be the first item on Document pages. See also template:FileProv

Usage:

|Source=Link to the original copy (If omitted, the document is assigned to the Category:Unsourced Documents)
|Subject=What the document is about (Ideally a Wikispooks pagename)
|Local=Address of the wikispooks copy - not a link (It will automatically show as a link if a page exists)
|Author=The name of the author
OPTIONAL DETAILS:
|Author2=... |Author3=... |Author4=... For more authors
|Recipient=For emails, letters, speeches etc.
|Recipient2=... |Recipient3=... |Recipient4= ...
|RecipientDetail=Short note about the recipient
|AuthorDetail=Short note about the author, (e.g. "Home Office accredited forensic pathologist")
|Author2Detail=Short note about the author2
|Author3Detail=Short note about the author3

|AuthorType=Explanatory note about authorship, e.g. "alleged"
