Undoing the Wikipedia import
First let me say that I do appreciate your enthusiasm in seeking to contribute to this article, Patrick. I don't doubt that that last import did contain worthwhile material. Nevertheless, I have undone it, in accordance with the policy on Importing From Wikipedia, since I suspect that it also had some suspect material (disinfo). The whole Wikipedia page is readily available anyway, so just repeating it does a disservice to the reader, rather than a carefully selected sub-set that correlates with the deep politics' focus of Wikispooks. I came to this event via the South Africa/Nuclear weapons page, so some careful study of that material (perhaps a sub-page about their clandestine sell-off) might be a worthy exercise before developing this page. -- Robin (talk) 00:46, 13 March 2016 (GMT)

The Wikipedia page has certainly been heavily censored since July 2008 when I added this CIA document dated 21 January 1980 – Confidential memorandum from Bruce C Clarke (Deputy Director for National Foreign Assessment) to Ralph Earle II (Director, US Arms Control and Disarmament Agency).
