A naturally occurring drug

Hyoscine (or Scopolamine) is a psychedelic drug with generally unpleasant potent effects on both mind and body. It is a delieriant and can make users suggestible and submissive. It can be dangerous and lead to death.

Effects

It was researched in MKUltra related projects for use as a "truth drug", but found unreliable and abandoned; earlier research tested the use of Scopolamine in criminology[1] Usage in Europe has been reported[2][3] and a 2014 crime and safety report from Columbia mentions: "Unofficial estimates put the number of annual scopolamine incidents in Colombia at approximately 50,000.".[4] A complete knock out of critical thinking and a state of basically taking orders from others has been reported in a Vice documentary by a victim of such attack in Colombia.[5]
